Your visit will begin with a brief check-in and safety training, where our team will prepare you with the equipment and information you need. From there, your assigned guide will lead you through the operation and walk you through what you’re seeing along the way. Our goal is to make your visit safe, comfortable, and informative.
When you arrive, please stop at the main gate and use the call button to check in. Let the attendant know you’re there for a visit and provide your point of contact. From there, you’ll be directed to the main building, where your Core contact or a member of our team will meet you and guide you through the next steps.
You will be provided with all required safety gear, which will be worn over your clothing. We recommend wearing comfortable, casual clothing for your visit. A private area will be available if you’d prefer to bring a change of clothes.
Please bring a valid photo ID and any required paperwork provided in advance. All necessary safety equipment and gear will be provided for you during your visit.
Phones and cameras are not permitted underground unless approved by mine management. For your convenience, your personal belongings will be securely stored while you are on site.
